Eastend Aviators 10u Herbst captured the Town of Brookhaven September Showdown Championship with a tight 7-6 victory over the Three Village Patriots. Defensive MVP Dom Lorefice pitched the final two innings allowing no runs with 3k's and picking off the potential go ahead run at second base to end the top of the 6th inning. He also scored the game winning run on a offensive Tommy Herbst scorched single. Congratulations boys nice work!
